GET READY, cause it's going to be A BLAST!

The Russell Wilson Passing Academy (RWPA) is a football camp for all positions. The purpose of this camp is to help children ages 8-15 develop the fundamental skills of being a great football player through instruction, but our objective is much greater. The RWPA exists to promote the mental and physical development of youth, with the goal of encouraging kids to develop high character and moral standards, a sense of competitiveness and fair play, a respect for authority, service to others, and a love of God, family, and country. In that spirit, the RWPA welcomes inner-city and underprivileged youth to the camp through scholarships, giving them a much-needed and valuable opportunity to learn the game of football and compete.

UNDERSTANDING THE RULES OF THE GAME

Your campers will learn the fundamental lessons and rules of the game. We will show them the proper way to play like a champion through instruction and demonstration, as well as drills and scrimmages. From passing and blocking to running plays and more, our staff will lead campers step-by-step through the football’s fundamentals, helping them acquire winning skills and techniques – and gain a true understanding of the game. Discover the quickest and most exciting way of learning football – you can come along too and watch!

FAQs:

Q: DO I NEED TO BRING MY HELMET, SHOULDER PADS, ETC?

A: No. We ask that campers wear athletic shorts, t-shirt, and either athletic shoes or football cleats (please no baseball metal spikes!). A mouth piece is also always a good idea!

Q: DO I NEED TO BRING A WATER BOTTLE?

A: Water and Gatorade will be available for camp participants throughout the camp day. Scheduled water breaks will occur throughout camp. It is okay for campers to bring their own water bottle if they wish. We will discuss the importance of hydration with all of the campers.

Q: CAN PARENTS WATCH ANY OF THE CAMP SESSIONS?

A: Absolutely. All family members are welcome. As long as they refrain from entering the field of play and stay in the designated viewing areas, they are more than welcome to come watch!

Q: ARE ONLY QBs AND WRs ALLOWED TO ATTEND THE CAMP?

A: Not at all, the RWPA is designed for football players. All positions welcomed!

A: Please do not arrive more than an half an hour before the start of camp! Check-in will start half an hour before camp starts so please do not arrive before that. USO Colorado will be onsite to check in our campers.

Q: WHO ARE THE COACHES AT THE CAMP?

A: We have a broad spectrum of coaches from local youth football leagues, high schools, as well as other NFL players!
